Alain Serge is a Business Adviser and the Managing Partner of M&H Consulting Africa, with a MBA in Management from Paris and a background in Audit, Accounting, Finance and Business Management. He is an expert in the management of corporate governance for large international groups and companies in Africa, the introduction of businesses to networks and the provision of support to businesses.

Throughout his professional career of more than 14 years, Alain Serge has traveled between Paris, London and Abidjan, having held leading roles within the Finance Departments of several subsidiaries of American and British groups, based in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland and Holland, before returning to Côte d'Ivoire to head the Finance Department of the “Centre de promotion des investissements de Côte d'Ivoire” (CEPICI).
His last position was as Managing Director of a telecommunications company in Côte d'Ivoire (3rd Internet access provider), with Swiss shareholders, where he was also responsible for administrative and financial management.

The experience and exposure in Africa put him in direct contact with major challenges faced by international investors and gave him the concern to provide reliable assistance to companies in Africa. Anxious to reassure and accompany investors in our African countries, Alain Serge sets up M&H Consulting Africa, a reliable partner, knowledgeable of the challenges ahead, that has the attention to detail and work well done as its founder!
