Tax lawyer with a MBA in International Taxation in Paris and a Member of the prestigious Institute of Chartered Tax Advisers in London, Nadia has more than 13 years of experience in international tax advice and corporate legal assistance.

After starting her career as a tax lawyer in a French group for several years, Nadia moved to London, where she advised major international clients on tax and legal issues in various sectors.

Her skills include tax optimization of companies and corporate groups, due diligence, international transactions and group restructurings, transfer pricing policies, as well as French taxation, Anglo-Saxon taxation and taxation applicable to French-speaking African countries.

Called to Côte d'Ivoire to build up KPMG's regional legal and tax department, Nadia was Senior Manager Tax, and then Tax Director for 5 years, holding major engagements for international groups in the 17 countries of the sub-Saharan region, with a focus on the countries of the West African region.

She also has extensive experience in monitoring and negotiating tax audits and managing relationships with the tax authorities. Nadia is the Co-founder of M&H Consulting Africa and the Tax & Legal Partner in charge of all legal and tax issues surrounding the establishment of foreign structures in Africa.
